$45-$90K yearly - based on experience First shift Full time Health, dental and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401K and profit-sharing plan What you will be doing:
Estimates and aids in overseeing your own projects in the production department.
Utilize CAD, SolidWorks, Advanced Steel to create detailed designs.
Drafts, develops, and implements cost-effective manufacturing methods and procedures to ensure that production is within applicable standards.
Schedules and coordinates work with and of appropriate department staff so that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Reviews contract specifications, drawings, sales orders, and other project documents to understand requirements and apprises management of such.
Assists in workforce projections and budget estimates based on a summary of labor hours and material costs for each job with floor managers and operations manager.
Assists in organization of projects.
Handles all types of customer service phone calls.
Documents project progress and verifies completed projects are of standard and billed.
Works with business development staff for leads and customer satisfaction What you need to be successful:
Must have familiarity with AutoCAD, Solidworks and/or Advanced Steel drafting programs 5-7 years of manufacturing/production experience Valid driver's license required Must be able to travel to projects in our region (2-3-hour radius) Bachelor's degree preferred but industry experience will be considered Experience with ISO 9001 preferred Submit your resume today!
