_ A License in Nursing Home Administration with an Ohio License A strong, experienced, and confident leadership style With prior knowledge of operational and oversight functions within a long-term care community Experience with financials, hiring and overseeing directors, supervisors, consultants, and auxiliary personnel Knowledge of appropriate staffing requirements and confirming they are maintained daily Ability to serve as a liaison to the medical staff, and other professional and supervisory staff.
This position is ideal for a strong, experienced, and confident LNHA.
We are looking for this person to establish and maintain operational and oversight functions within our community and overall create a positive environment for our staff and residents.
