A Client Service Consultant will work directly with employers, employees and individual clients to provide service, information, and help resolving health insurance needs and issues.
The best CSCs are genuinely excited to help clients, are patient, and empathetic.
Critical thinking and problem-solving comes naturally.
They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating to find the appropriate solution.
The expectation is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries and maintain high client satisfaction.
This is a salaried position with compensation commensurate with experience and the ability to earn commissions.

Responsibilities Work with Benefits Advisors to identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction on client's overall employee benefits package.
Evaluate and deliver suitable options to individuals based on their health insurance needs.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle client questions and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process client accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Identify cross-selling opportunities.
Skills Proven customer support experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Client orientated and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively The utmost level of confidentiality and attention to detail are required Job Type:
