Recruiter hours are 8am-5pm M-F.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Screen applications, schedule and perform initial interviews.
Assists with job postings and advertising process.
Collaborate with HR team during the offer process, start dates and other pertinent details.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of 5B's.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Convey a positive and professional image to candidates and current employees.
Generate and propose new recruitment ideas.
Assist with social media ads.
Be consistent and timely with candidate follow up and communication.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Proactive with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite software experience.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
Education and
Experience:

years of experience in Human Resources, staffing, recruiting or similar role.
