Accountabilities:
Provide secretarial duties including scheduling clients and monitoring reception area Answer phone; make appointments; fill out client information Schedule and maintain Medication Program staff schedules File all reports, correspondence, reports in a timely manner Collect fees for Medication Program clients Maintain Medication Program wait list Make phone calls to clients Type reports and correspondence as directed Provide backup to office staff for financial updates Provide backup to front desk staff Participate in rotation of evening hours Abilities/Skills:
Good communication skills; organizational skills Ability to interact with general public Ability to multi-task Good typing skills and computer knowledge Education/Experience/Licensure:
