The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the order processing operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
This can include and is not limited to assisting customers with order processing and payment, handeling all phone calls, emails and walk-ins, garment ordering and more.
With the Screen Print and Embroidery industry it is a very detailed and in depth order process.
We are looking for an individual who is looking to start their career with our growing business.

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming orders through various channels such as phone systems, email, online platforms and walk-ins - Review and proofread orders for accuracy and completeness before processing - Transcribe order details into the system accurately - Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment - Handle a neat and tidy workspace and showroom - Assist in customer support inquiries related to orders - Perform data entry tasks to update order status and customer information - Collaborate with the sales team to address any order discrepancies or issues - Process payments and record accordingly Requirements:
- Proven experience in order management or a related administrative role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Proficiency in computerized order processing systems - Ability to type accurately and efficiently - Familiarity with event planning processes is a plus Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
