Completes various monthly reports, as well as daily and weekly reports.
Responsible for verifying and reviewing patient charts for accuracy.
Assists medication program in other clerical duties as assigned.
Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for maintaining clients electronic clinical record (ECR) Use of Insurance Portals to verify insurance coverage for Case Management, Day Treatment, Community Nursing, and add on nursing services in Muskingum County Maintaining accurate caseloads for OP, Medication Program, Case Management, Day Treatment, and Community Nursing for Muskingum County Upload patient information to ECR Document accurately in Tele/Misc Log in regards to patient communication Responsible for providing support to Medication Line and PA/Pharmacy Line.
Provides support to Medline Live Nurse when indicated Maintains PA/Pharmacy line Responsible for support of School Based Services Provides Support to office functions Maintains weekly report for activities with no status Answers pertinent billing emails Records Nurse's Meeting Minutes Maintains weekly refill report Produce OARRS reports for Muskingum & Morgan County Abilities/Skills:
Good communication skills; organizational skills Ability to interact with general public Ability to multi-task Good typing skills and computer knowledge Education/Experience/Licensure:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
