Monday - Friday; day shift with varied start times (5a, 6a, 7a, etc.)
No weekends; no on-call
Will join a team of 4 other HTs and 4 Pathologists
Must be proficient with Tissue Processors, Micrometers, Immunohistochemical and Special Staining Instrumentation
Experience with surgical tissue (breast, colon, kidney, bone, gallbladder, etgc.) required; experience with just OB GYN or Derm Path will result in a 'pass' for consideration
State of the art equipment
HT-ASCP required
Will consider a new grad, but preference will be given to experienced candidates
High volume lab (400-650 blocks/day)
Preference will be given to: 1) candidates close to Ohio and 2) US citizens
$17.96 - $24.72/hour (candidate with 10 yrs HT experience will fall $21/hr)
Relocation assistance negotiable
$4,000 sign-on bonusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
