Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist

SLP must work 2-3 evenings per week, even if working four 10's
Outpatient caseload of adults and pediatrics
No weekends or major holidays worked
Will work some hours at the New Concord facility when caseload requires it
All evals and treatments are provided 1:1
Pediatric experience required
DPNS and/or VitalStim certifications a plus
Computerized documentation (Epic)
Will join a team of 3 SLP's
Opportunity to cross-train to Inpatient as interested.
CEU allowance per year; plus multiple free onsite CEU opportunities are brought on-site each year
$26.07 - $35.05/hour
New Pediatrics Rehab Center promotes sensory play; 6 private Tx rooms; 60 feet of running space
Sign-on bonus for less than 4 full years SLP experience at the time of offer: $6,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in three annual installments of $2,000)
Sign-on bonus for SLP with 5 years
PT experience at the time of offer: $10,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in five annual installments of $2,000)
Relocation assistance available
Reports to OP Manager (who is also a SLP)
CFY's are NOT preferred and will receive minimal considerationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
