Speech Language Pathologist - Pediatrics - #SMO

Speech Language Pathologist position:
32 hours/week with no guarantee of more hours; this is eligible for all benefits
Combined inpatient and outpatient caseload: 20 hours OP and 12 hours IP/week
Weekend/holiday rotation required (every 3rd - 4th weekend)
At least one later shift per week (10:30a - 7p)
All evals and treatments are provided 1:1
Pediatric experience required
DPNS and/or VitalStim certifications a plus
Experience with MBS, bedside swallows, dysarthria/apraxia, cognitive rehab a plus
Computerized documentation (Epic)
Will join a team of 3 inpatient and 3 outpatient SLP's
Opportunity to cross-train to other specialties as interested, e.g. augmentative communication, laryngectomy rehab, etc.
CEU allowance per year; plus multiple free onsite CEU opportunities are brought on-site each year
$26.07 - $35.05/hour
New Pediatrics Rehab Center promotes sensory play; 6 private Tx rooms; 60 feet of running space
Sign-on bonus for less than 4 full years SLP experience at the time of offer: $6,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in three annual installments of $2,000)
Sign-on bonus for SLP with 5 years
PT experience at the time of offer: $10,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in five annual installments of $2,000)
Relocation assistance available
Reports to OP Manager (who is also a SLP)
CFY's are NOT preferred and will receive minimal consideration
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
