Occupational Therapist (new grads welcome)

COOR Occupational Therapist
Monday - Friday; no weekends or major holidays worked; no on-call
Four 10-hour days open to discussion, depending on skills expertise of the candidate
Will work a minimum of one late night per week (10:
30a - 7:
00p); may be as much as 2-3 times per week depending on caseload
Will work primarily at two different sites in Zanesville, but will have occasional patients in our Somerset and/or New Concord
Relocation assistance available
60% Pediatric and 40% Adult/Geriatric caseload
Pediatric Rehab is located in its own separate facility
Adult/Geriatric patients are seen in COOR (Center for Occupational & Outpatient Rehabilitation)
COOR has a fully functional kitchen/dining space, plus areas for physical reconditioning and work simulation
Epic EMR
One hour per day is blocked on the OT's schedule for documentation purposes
All Tx is 1:
1
Will join team of 3 OTRs and 2 COTAs
Opportunity to cross-train to IP setting as interested
CEU allowance per year; plus multiple free onsite CEU opportunities are brought on-site each year
New grads will be considered

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
